COURSE OBJECTIVE
- The main objective is to help the employees to understand Industrial Risk Management.
- This Course is designed to present fundamental & expertise information in most of the Risk areas.
- To provide expertise knowledge in HIRA and JSA/JHA and SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement)
- In recognition of worldwide acceptability of Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) as a technique used for assessment of hazards associated with operation of a chemical plant. Hence, another objective of this workshop is aimed to train the participants on HAZOP by explaining the process of these techniques and also making them to carrying out HAZOP exercises using these techniques and also enable them to act as a HAZOP study team leaders or participants in their plants.
Upon Completion of this course the participant will be able to:
- Sensitize themselves Industrial & Business Risk arising from time to time and Risk Based Thinking
- Will be able to get involved in carrying out HAZOP in their plant
- Create a clear understanding of the need to have sustainable Risk Management System and the process to get sustainable good performance in any organization,
- Carry out Risk Assessments in their units and also enable them to act as a Risk Auditor / Manager in their respective organization,
- Embed a risk management culture and responsibilities throughout the organization
- Get familiarized with Enterprise Risk Management.
